"Completely gaslighted in my care and told she couldn’t see me anymore because I asked for additional testing. Dr. Kuwik said she wouldn’t order follow up testing because she’s “not a doctor that just orders random tests” when they weren’t “random” tests at all and the infusion clinic told me I needed follow-up testing 4-6 weeks after an iron infusion to make sure everything went smoothly. I’ve never had a poorer experience with a provider. If you need anything that requires work don’t go to this office they only want you to come see them to make money off of you, but won’t do anything to treat you if it’s too much work. Also, my husband’s work schedule is all over the place and we only live in Buffalo for 6 months out of the year, so I can’t schedule anything really far in advance. Because I wasn’t able to schedule a physical appointment a year from now, they refused to continue seeing me as a patient and told me they would cancel my appointment with Dr. Kuwik the following week unless I booked it"

"I have been go to Dr Oconnor since before they opened their own practice. I just am so happy with everyone at the group. They take the time to listen to you and answer any questions you may have. We even moved from Lancaster to East Amherst. Now it’s a bit of a drive but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else."

"I was a patient there for 16 years. I enjoyed the care up until the last month I was there. I was battling depression and was a victim of domestic abuse which the HCP’s were aware of. Apparently without knowing I was dropped from care due to missing a physical that was scheduled a year in advance. A letter was sent out to my old address. Of course due to the reasons previously mentioned I didn’t receive the notice. I no longer lived at the residence. The office manager was completely ignorant and rude. By law they still have to provide care for you for a month after dropping you as a patient. . She lied about the date which is complete negligence and malpractice on their end. I explained the situation to the office manager and a nurse in complete tears. They showed no empathy and would not let me speak with Dr. Kuwik. Nor would they provide refills until I could get into a new practice. I still may take action as I have been advised this is complete malpractice and negligence on their end."

"Distraught! I have been a patient of Dr. Oconnor for approximately 26 years. Dr. O'Connor is one of the BEST doctors I've known. I trusted him with my life and my childs life. Because SOME of his staff members and Dr. Kuwick specifically I was "released" from his practice. The problem with this specific office is not THE Doctor it is his staff. I called 3 days in a row for a prescription refill. I never received a call back. I called on a Friday 2 minutes before noon as I was leaving the next morning for an out of town trip and needed the prescription. I spoke to 4 different office staff/nurses etc and they would not fill the prescription because i "Needed to be seen". Well if they would have called back the 3 days before when originally called that wouldn't have been an issue. So Dr. Kuwick got on the phone and said she couldn't help me if I didn't come in. I could not get out of work so I explained that to her. Long story short she released me because I was upset. They are incompetent and that's unfortunate because now I have no doctor!!"
