"8 months after a surgical repair of my ACL and meniscus, I started attending the F.A.S.T. summer collegiate program with Excelsior sports performance. I wasn’t sure if I would be cleared to play or fit enough to play soccer at the collegiate level in the fall. After completing my first month of this program, I have no doubt that I will be at peak performance by the fall. I have increased my overall strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance more than I expected to all summer, much less in 30 days. This program has allowed me to finish rehabilitating my knee while incorporating college level strength and conditioning that will prepare me for the upcoming season. Coach Jim and Coach Megan are two of the most experienced, positive, and professional coaches that I have ever worked with. "Very informative and very caring. I saw Dr. Reed back in late 2020 for my right index finger concerning the damge my pet rat had done after he bit me and he was up front on what needed to be done. My only complaint was that I was told the day before my surgery what my deductable would be. I think patients should be informed way ahead of time so they have plenty of time to get the money saved up. Because it was such a high amount, I had to cancel the surgery."
