"No issues with the the actual in person office visit expect that during the visit they asked if I wanted them to follow-up with me in a "few weeks" I agreed thinking that it was just a follow-up and received a cold call from them exactly one month later. They billed my insurance for a telehealth appointment claiming that I I made the appointment. I never made this appointment and never even received a call to confirm this "appointment". It is also there policy that they call a week before an appointment to confirm it. I would have never made the appointment the day I was called since it was my kids last day of school which was a half day. This place is extremely unethical, the billing staff was rude and the office manager never even bothered to return my call. Be careful when agreeing for follow-up calls!"

"Appointment was at 9am (we arrived early to complete paperwork) the PA walked into the office at 9am, we were taken back to a room at 9:30am but were not seen by the PA until 10:30am. PA and staff were unapologetic for appointment time delay. Only one PA in the entire office doing tongue tie release. Tongue tie release procedure went well, but PA aggressively rocked baby after the procedure to soothe her instead of instantly handing baby to either parent that were present in the procedure room. Would not recommend."

"If I could give a 0, I would because they’re definitely not a 1 star. They called me an HOUR before my appointment for my daughter to tell me they do not except our insurance. We live two hours away and we’re already here for our appointment! They said they’d still see her but it would be $800 dollars out of pocket! So not only did they waste my time and money, but I also had to take the day off work for the appointment! Not happy at all, don’t go here or ANYWHERE affiliated with kaleida Health."

"I did actually like this office I loved Chelsea the PA that saw my children mostly and Dr. Behar was amazing and very informative regarding my son's surgery and the process. HOWEVER their desk staff are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I just started a job and I am in the training process so I had to reschedule my son's follow up appt until I had a night shift and this women who answered the phone told me "starting a new job is not a good excuse to reschedule your son's appt" and also proceeded to threaten CPS on me and my son has never missed an appt in this office !!! I think it is absolutely disgusting to speak to anyone like this!! My kids will not be returning to this office as long as she is employed there! Oh and I also asked to speak to someone else and she said there was no one else for me to talk too!"
