"I am a transfer patient to this office and while was hesistant due to reviews, was more than pleased with my experience here. I'd been a patient with Dr Cloud for 20 years, as she delievered my now 19 year old, and is the kindest, very knowledgable and very trustworthy doctor I have. She takes the necessary time to talk over things and never feel rushed. Health is in good hands with Dr Cloud. I will also add, I thought the office was very helpful and considerate as I came in with a knee injury and they had a different table for me to go to for my exam which helped tremendously as to not have to put my leg up. Thank you everyone here!"
"I've been going here for years and have never had any issues. I see Felicia and she is always friendly and professional during my visits. The wait time is never long and they are quick to return your calls when you leave a voicemail outside of business hours."
"We wouldn’t be sitting here with my beautiful daughter if it weren’t for Dr. Cloud and the amazing staff at Sister’s Hospital. I’m still in awe after the fact, since I had no idea what an intense situation it was until it was all over. This review is mostly about Dr Cloud’s heroic delivery at Sister’s, but all the Docs at Buffalo OBGYN are amazing. The office staff is polite, and the techs are very warm and friendly. We transitioned there from Buffalo IVF (right across the street) after conceiving. The labor was seemingly normal, pushes here and there, small talk in between, but baby’s heart rate began to drop significantly with each push. Doc Cloud made a call to see if the OR was open and then advised us she was going to book it as “a 100% backup, with nothing to worry about.” Maybe 15 minutes after the fact, 2 nurses arrived in full surgical garb and Dr. Cloud calmly said my wife was being taken to the OR as a precaution. Again- nothing to worry about. Lynn- the amazing nurse tossed me a bag of scrubs and told me she’d be back in 5. 5 minutes later I’m being walked into the OR, thinking “wow- there must be a lot of babies being delivered here!” since there were probably 10+ doctors and nurses. Being happy as a soon to be dad could be, I was in awe of all of the bright lights, doctors, nurses , and then some fast moving people suddenly hurrying me into a chair telling me to “sit down and hold my wife’s hand!” I look up to see Dr Cloud, seemingly at the helm telling my wife to “PUSH PUSH PUSH!!!” At that moment I realized the large room full of other docs and nurses wasn’t some sort of large OR for other deliveries. Everyone was there…just for us. Another “COME ONNN ONE MORRREEE!!!” Before I could think “uh oh - maybe this is a big deal….” Dr. Cloud was unwrapping my daughter’s umbilical cord (twice) from around her neck as she let out a loud baby scream- SUCCESS!!! The night my daughter entered the world I was sitting with my wife reflecting how bad that could’ve turned out. At that moment I got hot with sweat, kind of like after you almost get into an accident, but don’t realize it for a few blocks down the road. The medical equivalent of SEAL Team 6 effectively swooped in quietly, calmly, saved my daughter’s life, then dispersed as quickly as they all come together…without a second thought. Thanks again to Dr. Cloud and the whole team at Sister’s Hospital for your marvelous work! I don’t know if I’m paraphrasing, but the way I remember the moment right after my daughter entered this world, Dr Cloud said something to the effect of “and that’s why we don’t recommend home birth ladies and gentleman!” God bless these people. Just another day in the office. Everyone cleaned up and went on to their next baby right after leaving us with our little bundle of joy. I’d need a stiff cocktail or 2. Instead of night vision goggles and camo, they had surgical shields and scrubs. I’ll always think of them as SEAL (BABY) Team 6 when I remember my daughter’s first birthday."
"The only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of one is because Patti, the nurse, is wonderful. Everyone else could care less about you. It’s heartbreaking. Don’t send anyone you love here. I have had non-stop complications and have been met with “DRINK MORE WATER” every single time. I fainted several times, have had UTIs and kidney stones and constant vomiting- DRINK MORE WATER. Then, you call them for a problem and they tell you that you HAVE to come in. When you can’t, and go to the ER instead, they talk down to you and tell you “we could have treated you for this over the phone.” Don’t get me started on the residents at sisters, either. That’s a whole separate review. Be so careful. If you have to go here, demand the best care. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and have to find a new OBGYN because I cannot imagine a single one of these women putting their hands on my baby when he’s born. My last OB was better than this and he lost his medical license. Read the other reviews and take them seriously. I wish I had."
