"We could not have asked for a better experience. Windsong and its staff have been phenomenal in every aspect, from scheduling to caring staff and doctors. Dr. O'Donnell took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. My wife's mastectomy surgery began at 8:30am and we were home by 12:30 that afternoon. My wife took one Hydrocodone when we got home and two Tylenol later that day. No other medications after that and she was virtually pain free. We had taken the class offered through Windsong before the surgery and I would highly recommend taking it. Colleen has a lot of information. In our opinion Windsong is a World Class Facility."
"This clinic is probably the worst facility I've ever encountered. You walk in and it's pink everywhere. Not very trauma informed. Triggering and i dont even have cancer. I was there for genetic testing. They had to stick me 4x to get blood, blew the veins, I had a lump on my hand and it still hurts, and they still couldn't get a draw. So saliva. The counselor, Sabrina Gerster, was terrible. Kept prodding my family member for questions when I had already answered them in the secure portal prior to the appt. Had the audacity to call me a poor historian while everything was already documented for her prior. Then puts in the report I agreed to out of pocket genetic testing. The hell I did. She herself said it'd be $100 or likely nothing due to family history. Wrong. Ambrygen called saying it'd be almost $400. What a dumpster fire this place is. I was told to go to Roswell to begin with, I should've. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a joke."
"I got excellent 5 star car from Marielle Ferstenberg, DO, FACS and her team at Windsong. The front desk staff is friendly and have excellent phone and service. The PA I saw was professional and knowledgeable. I would give a 1 star rating to the testing center across the hall. The technicians had no idea my history and I kept having to repeat myself. Once the mammogram tech looked at my file, she realized she needed to add a tag to my breast where I had my operation. Then they completely forgot about me and left me in the waiting room for over an hour. Front desk workers kept walking by and looking confused as to why I was there. A woman finally came by and said that it would be just a minute and that they hadn't forgotten about me (which they really seemed to have done exactly that). The technician who did the ultrasound didn't get to me until after 5 and my appointment was at 3:30. Then it turns out she labelled the test incorrectly (right/left transposition)."
"Dr. Judy is absolutely amazing! (As is the rest of the staff) I was worried about a cyst I had and she went into amazing detail about what it was and why it was labeled as complex, she made me feel comfortable with this diagnosis and I really appreciate the steps she took to explain everything to me."
