"Got a ton of free stuff that day, haha! The stuff we’re a bit cranky, but tried their best to act more happy. The store was a bit small, but had a decent variety of things! "

"Maybe it's because I was tired, but this store is already small and it is over stocked. There's barely any room to move around. And, there were at least 2 or 3 kids screaming and crying incessantly while getting their ears pierced. It was not a great experience."

"Always a problem here. Don’t go at opening. Wait until the afternoon. I went there at the posted opening time of 10am and was told nope, we are opening at 11. Stores used to get fined for this back in the day. Guess anything goes now. Another time I went and their register wasn’t working. They told me to go walk around for an hour. No wonder physical stores are dying. Stores are so whimsical. No one has time for whimsical."

"I took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced and had a very pleasant experience. The employee who helped us was so sweet , kind and gentle and made us feel comfortable since we were a little nervous. Thank you for hiring such a sweet woman! Her name had an “Elle” at the end , I am sorry I am not remembering but she deserves credit for making this day memorable for us!"

"Terrible customer service. Online info says they open at 9am, sticker in the door says 10am. We stood at the locked door at 10:30, trying to get the attention of the two workers inside who looked up at us several times but continued to ignore us for close to 10 minutes. Eventually we found a small sign about a foot off the ground that says they changed their hours to open at 11. Couldn't be bothered to change your info, let alone come to the door to let us know so we didn't have to wait outside on a cold windy day to figure it out on our own? Thanks Claires."
