"Impossible to reach the office since they merged every location into 1 shared phone line. Absolutely insane idea. So now people who are trying to contact a quieter location are waiting in the same queue as busier locations? There isn't even a queue, actually. If nobody is free to talk to you the moment you call, which is the case 100% of the time now, instead of letting you choose to wait or leave a message? You are forced to leave a message that they sill never answer. They don't respond to emails now either. Make it make sense. It seems that they no longer want patients, so oblige them and go elsewhere."

"Holy Moly. I can only comment on the attempted scheduling process. After a WEEK of trying to simply reach someone to make an appointment, I give up. This practice was referred to us by our pediatrician. I've let them know as well to find someone else to refer patients to. 51 calls, YES that is FIFTY ONE, with exactly 1 resulting in a conversation with an employee. They asked for insurance info that I didn't have in the car. I called right back 10 minutes later...and for the week that followed, but never again was able to speak to a person. Left voicemails. Filled out their online appointment request form. Nada. Save yourself some time and start with another practice."

"Kenmore Ave office has a rude receptionist who seems like she is mad she has to help you. I miss when Bubar and Miller were in office. They were both amazing doctors. Now I only see their young and inexperienced residents. Lewiston office is better than Kenmore. Its become very hard to get an appointment and I've been going here for years."

"I am a new patient at Niagara Dermatology and saw William Goode, PA. He is thorough and knowledgeable. My husband has been a patient for some time and also sees William. I recently went because I had a new skin condition which was irritated. He indicated that he thought it was seasonal and prescribed a lotion which, after using for only one day, started to show improvement. It has been about a week now and this condition has been almost completely reversed. He even prescribed an additional medication in case this one did not work. Luckily, I didn't have to use that one because this did the trick. I appreciate how he listened and replied with thoughtful answers to my concerns. This was a professional visit that resulted in a positive result."
