"I was a patient of Dr. Butts. Not only did she not listen to what I said every appointment I went in for, she sent me to get an Ultrasound for the incorrect area of my body. On top of this when speaking with her on the results of said Ultrasound she tried to gaslight me by telling me my issue wasn't real. I let her know that she infact felt the issue on my body and sent me for the Ultrasound for that reason. She then changed her story and admitted that she did feel it but that I shouldn't be concerned. When I tried to speak to the management on this issues I was told "I would get a call back, from Eileen E Joyce" yet a week went by and instead of speaking with me I received a letter in the mail that stated that they had terminated me as a patient. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. YOU. WILL. NOT. GET. HELP."
"Please Do Not go to this office if you are looking to be seen by actual doctors! Here, you will find only less than par. You will also be met with problems concerning medications you are on and you may be taken off something you feel you need. They act like; you the patient are not right. They know better. They know you better than you do. They talk to you so nicely and in a very discreet tone. They’re placating you! Their Game literally is to make the most money off you. Pushing you to see other “doctors” in their “circle” to get kick-backs. Don’t even give them the chance! READ all the reviews! Can we all be wrong?"
"I had just had my physical and a urine culture was done. The urine culture came back abnormal which was a little alarming to me so a urinalysis was done. That returned back with blood in the urine. Yes, I made several attempts to contact the office and kept getting a message that office was closed due to staff training. I went to mychart and communicated there. I was told they didn't understand why I wasn't able to get through and to try again. I tried again and left message with answering service. The next response was this: from Eileen, sent 11:59 AM Eileen 11:59 AM We are running very short staffed due to associate illness and time off for the holidays. We have received numerous messages from you and will be in contact as soon as we are able. We also would like to request that you only contact the office by one form of communication -- telephone vs My Chart messages. By leaving multiple messages through different avenues we at times will have two associates working on the same patient at the same time. Also we have a high volume of calls for sick patients which take priority over result calls. As these results were already discussed, do you have a specific question you would like answered? We appreciate your understanding and patience as we do our best to get back to all patients as best as we can. Um, The results were never discussed with me as they were waiting on the final culture which showed blood in my urine. Naturally that is a bit unsettling but I guess to them it's the norm for some patients. The initial urinalysis showed some abnormal results which I wasn't clear on and just wanted some answers. I told them that I was sorry that I bothered them and will seek to find another provider."
"This place took forever I had an appointment at 7:45 and it turned out the nurse doesn’t come in until 9:30. We told them I got a physical done already and they proceeded to do one and I absolutely felt very uncomfortable I had to do all of this with a male doctor."
