"Terrible communication and insanely long waitlists. I got my daughter on the waitlist in mid-spring 2023. The person who took the information made it seem certain that they would have an opening in the fall, about 6 months later. Based on that information, we did not pursue other options. When fall got close, we called once a week, but couldn't get through to a person, and no one returned any of our calls. Finally, just today, I was told that they have no openings this fall and probably none in the spring. That means that their waitlist is at least a year long! I wouldn't mind that in itself, if only they communicated that to parents so that we knew we should have back-up plans. Since my daughter is 11 and still can't pronounce her "r"s, time is of the essence for us, so I found this very frustrating."
"I took my 7 year ol d here 3x a week for a month for help with APD. The staff was great in every aspect. My daughter enjoyed her experience and while she still has difficulties, her time here helped her."
"A well-run program with committed students, staff, and faculty. My toddler is always excited to go to her speech-learning sessions."
