"Very good service. In and out about a half hour. Took X-rays and was very efficient. X-ray tech very kind. Staff was nice and friendly. No problems when I went to get my percriptions at pharmacy. Thank you."
"They advertise as an alternative to the Emergency Room and website says they treat lacerations. Went there with my son to get treatment (suspected he needed stitches) for deep cut on hand. They looked at it, then told us they could not provide adequate treatment there and to go to the ER, which was the obvious next step, which we did. Then they sent a bill for $405!!! I called to complain that this was an unreasonable charge for not receiving any medical care at all! They sent debt collectors after me. What a hassle on top of wasting time at their clinic during an acute need for medical care. Will definitely never use them again no matter how long I might have to wait elsewhere!!!"
"I had a great experience; everyone was super friendly and nice! They even have a donation box for coats, hats, and mittens for kids in need, which is absolutely amazing! Praise the Lord! I highly recommend Immediate Care!"
"Not so immediate care. An hour and 10 minutes later even with only 3 people ahead of me and it was late enough to miss the pharmacy hours next store. Staff was nice just no urgency at all."
