"I am wondering why I was charged an extra $500 on top of the $300 initial fee when I did not receive any psychotherapy. I am very disappointed in what I thought would be something beneficial to my mental health. I will be looking elsewhere for services."
"I have been working with Brenda for about 6 months now, I really enjoy our interactions and the personalized care she provides. She really listens to me and explains everything so I can understand."
"Love the company. The best place to work! Love working with the employees and patients. Everyone is so pleasant and extremely helpful. They are compassionate and kind. Great JOB. I am lucky."
"I recently moved to New York State and was in need of providers for my diagnosis of bipolar disorder. I just had my first session with Ms. Lis and I am delighted and relieved to say she is the one. She is responsive to my medication needs. She referred me to a therapist. She is even buying my memoir When Despair Meets Delight and collaboration Hope for Troubled Minds to better understand my condition and treat others."
"The NP told me after seeing me for six months that his attending physician decided I didn't need a portion of the low risk, but essential medication regimen that I had been on for five years. When they discontinued the medication, I became so depressed I missed work and didn't get out of bed for a over a week. Robert, the NP's answer? Too bad, so sad. My husband and I ultimately had to leave the practice. We have been gone for almost a year now and they are still attempting to charge my card for a $350 balance that has been $0, despite my having screenshots from their office manager that our balance is $0. Do not recommend whatsoever. Stay far away."
