"I was seen at my appointment time, as usual. First I was screened by Amy who was professional, courteous, and thorough. When that part of the appointment was complete, I waited less than 3 minutes for Dr Hammersmith to come in. He completed his exam of my eyes, asked questions of me, and most significantly (for me), listened to the answers. He took my concerns, thought them over, then gave reasoned responses. Each person on staff that I encountered was positive and welcoming. This has been the pattern as long as I've been their patient (about 7 years). I recommend ECVA."
