"Always great visit with Dr's that explain what's happening!"
"Absolutely terrible place, do not go here. Certain members of the staff are rude, complacent, and nonchalant. The staff involved in scheduling do not know how to create a working schedule for patients and their doctors. It took me 8 months to get in to see my PCP for an annual after 5 reschedules (typically calling the day before as a notice), and appointments are regularly rescheduled. Additionally, on three separate occasions I was scheduled for a specific day and time, only to show up and be told they scheduled me for a different day (despite verbally confirming the correct appointment over the phone multiple times and putting it in my phone calendar while confirming the appointment). Then they have the audacity to tell you YOU messed the schedule up, mixed something up, or “forgot.” On another note, according to a staff member, they do not allow you to see another doctor other than your PCP for an acute issue. If your PCP is unavailable and fully booked, you're SOL. This is unlike many other practices that will get you in to see another doctor, nurse practitioner, or PA for your issue. Straight up no accountability in this place, and such a lack of care in an already cracked and marred healthcare system. Avoid this pace at all costs if you value your health."
"Do you enjoy not having anything done properly?! This is the place for you. Please if you can go anywhere else, do so please. I have seen my partner who suffered a stroke put up with incompetentance of a astronomical levels from the group of secretaries who know nothing, don't do what they tell you they did or so many other problems in the last 8 months costing us our time, insurance and disability. The doctor is just there, that's about it. You are just a number. I'd go to back alley for assistance over coming here."
"I need 4 root canals and I'm in excruciating pain. My appointment with the dentist is 2 days away and the dentist called in antibiotics for me. I called them for pain meds in tears to hold me off until then because I work 11 hour days and I couldn't even focus at work. My primary wasn't in the office so instead Sue the NP told the nurse to tell me that they can't do anything for me, basically because I already had antibiotics like really? I've really had enough of this place. To give people suitable pain medication is always an issue. Mind you I suffer from chronic pain from my osteoarthritis and don't take anything for it as is to avoid having to pry some pain meds from these people because nothing worked for me and it seemed as if they didn't care. I just needed pain meds for 2 days!! And NOTHING! I'm so done with this place. Good riddance."
"This place is absolutely terrible. They tested me for the flu and then sent me to Brooks for a chest x-ray to test for pneumonia. At an urgent care I would have gotten the results within 15 minutes. They never called me with the results the next day even though they said they would. Finally I called them to get the results and was told that the results were in and that a nurse would call me. 4 hours later, no word. When I called again the receptionist got snippy with me and told me that this was typical. They never called, which I can only assume is also typical. I happened to be at Tops later in the day and learned that they called in antibiotics for me but never told me. If I didn't happen to ask, I'd be another day behind the antibiotic treatment they must think I need. My best guess is that I have pneumonia (which is something I would kind of like a prompt diagnosis of, and even more importantly, a prompt treatment for). This place has always been lacking on the interpersonal side of medicine, but now it seems they are also downright dysfunctional. It does not inspire much confidence in the medicine they are practicing. The only reason I still go there is because Dr. Frankiewicz is great. For anything acute, I will take my business to an urgent care."
