"This is the worst absolutely the worst doctor you can go to, doesn’t help that the billing department doesn’t speak English or understand it at all. They call you countless Lu and harass you, I’d avoid this place forever…. Better off dying out home and not dealing with the stress that this company puts you through. Actual on site staff isn’t bad (just not the doctors), but god forbid they bill anything correctly, and if you ask for a statement they harass you to the end of time and tell you “you didn’t pay this”, or “ you aren’t taking care of this at this time” when you’ve clearly explained this to them at least 15 times….completely avoid at all costs."
"Run as fast as you can from this practice. HORRIBLE call center overseas, continual harassing phone calls, while the doctors at my location are great, the management is horrible. Offices are disgusting. Every call goes to Pakistan call center where they just try to get you to do a telemedicine meeting."
"This medical off and the medical staff have gone above and beyond for me anytime I had a need. Using patient portal is extremely useful and I always get an answer to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this medical team."
"Absolutely terrible. I have been trying to get in to see Doctor Alfredo Rhodes for about five months now. Every time I call, I am told Rhodes is not listed as my primary, and that I must call my insurance to have him put in as so. Every time I do, and my insurance tells me he has been listed as my primary since March of 2019. I haven't been able to make an appointment to be seen, because the call center swears up and down that he is not listed. I am talked to like I am an idiot, and treated badly for no reason. What a sham of a doctors office, I'll go elsewhere."
"Had issues with a possible uti never called back and ended up going to the er and ended up with a kidney infection! My doctor is Dr. Deb, I’ve also been leaving messages for her for prescriptions and no call back or prescription."
