"I am truly grateful that we have Gowanda Urgent Care in our village. Without our wonderful Tri County Hospital, we would have to travel to Springville or Dunkirk for urgent care. I have always had excellent experiences and I am impressed with staff, medical providers, x-ray, lab, and a fantastic PT Department. Thank you all very much! You are very much appreciated!"

"Very friendly and nice doctor but he didn’t do anything or help with my wife’s shoulder and we were charged almost 350$ just for a short visit and no prescriptions or anything except recommending physical therapy . This place needs a complete over haul . From the driveway being terrible to the freezing cold waiting room and the cost needs to come way way down!! I would not recommend this place to anyone ever !!"

"Just went to have blood work done at the lab (that was just sent over from my doctor) and they had apparently not received it yet. I had my two year old with me. Instead of being kind and trying to find out where the paperwork was the lady at the desk very rudely said to me “I don’t know you can hang out or come back tomorrow whatever”. Okay let me drag my toddler back down with tomorrow instead. Thanks for being so kind and understanding to a mother that needs to have some urgent blood work done."

"I hate that I cannot put 0 stars. This Urgent care is the worst medical facility I have ever been to. Every time I have visited whether for myself or one of my children (about 4 times) they were more concerned about getting home than they are about people. They used to close at 8 PM and if you walked in 45 minutes before that you would be treated as if you had just ruined their entire day. Apparently now they close at 7pm... Correction, they advertise that they close at 7pm but they are actually in their car by 7pm as I witnessed today when I brought in my sick daughter. They should not pretend to be an urgent care facility. They are just an overpriced primary care center who do not care about people. The whole point of an urgent care is to be available after normal business hours when patients can’t wait until their primary doctor is available and to have an alternative to costly emergency rooms. I recommend using Immediate Care which are much more professional facilities. The only reason we gave GUC another chance tonight was because my daughter was in pain and this is the closest place!! In the end, we ended up in Immediate Care anyway. Never again!!"

"This was our first visit here. We walked in about 15 mins before close, unfortunately, but we were never treated as an inconvenience. Luckily, there was no wait. Our 2 year old fell and sliced his knee open. He ended up needing 5 stitches which is a long process holding a 2 year old down to do so. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the Nurse Practitioner was friendly , caring and professional. I have no complaints. I hope we won't ever need to go back, but if we do, I hope it goes as smoothly as this visit."
