"Most of the receptionist are rude af. There are some Burmese women work there who only favor other Burmese clients and incredibly rude to other brown people. Last week that happened to me for third time. This location was close to my house but unfortunately have to change my doctor. Can’t take risk with rude af receptionist who literally have some superiority complex towards other immigrants while the receptionist is a immigrant too. In case anyone from Jericho read this comment, please take action otherwise it will be too late. (Btw I am south Asian myself and it’s not a racist rant but something that really happens all the time and I had to share)"

"0/5 Stars if I could... Concerned with how the reception team treats potential clients. I was referred to this clinic because we are in buffalo for a temporary time frame. I made 1 appointment and unfortunately had to cancel. Was told later they made a new appointment but I did not know of this appointment; explained to the gal in detail if I had known of this appointment I would have been there. Called a week ago was told I would be called back, never happened. So I called back today to set up an appointment and was told "I dont know if we would only see you on a temporary basis". So which one is it are you making an appointment for me, refusing to see me as a patient or what?! I will be calling again tomorrow in hopes to speak to a clinic manager because this has been extremely frustrating. I was referred here due to only being in Buffalo on a temporary basis. For anyone reading this review; make sure you ask for things to be followed up with an email or ask for names of who you spoke with because I wish I did. I feel defeated on top of the stress of being pregnant. After playing phone tag for days finally spoke to someone today and was told they can’t see any OB appts until November. Even though I expressed numerous times that I will not be here In NOVEMBER. Truly do not waste your time with these people. They have horrible customer service for their receptionists and lack of care for folks that need to be seen ASAP. And will tell you to “go to urgent care for OB care”Oh really? Then spoke to a manager of the clinic and was told "We dont see people who are moving" HAHA; So if I didnt like the care you provided what you would tell me I can't change OB clinics? You are a few crayon shorts from the crayon box and probably should really get training through this whole clinic. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"One of the bad Clinik ever have in the United States, I went there 3 times on time, they always called me after long time, sometimes more than 1 hours late. Many patience’s was frustrated by the doctors, they don’t even enough the doctors. Sometimes just one doctor there. After I read all reviews I have noticed that many Asians got bad service. Especially, the front desk staffs are so rude, the should explain the patience’s friendly, but they don’t !!!"

"They don't even deserve one star. Very unprofessional. They call you and send you back saying we booked you at another location even though clearly they didn't. They give u an appointment and make you wait 2 hours in the waiting room and tell you that sorry, your appointment got pushed up we forgot to call you. Then the manager comes and makes up ridiculous excuses as to why I've been waiting in the waiting room for over an hour. They r horrible and not organized at all..my mom used to go there, she changed providers, because they wasted her time twice exactly the way they wasted mine today. Steer clear of this place and go to a more professional practice..trust me, it'll save you a lot of time."
