"The emergency room at HealthAlliance was outstanding. From reception to discharge every person we interacted with was helpful and kind. I came in at 2am with excruciating stomach pain and they handled it professionally and with excellent bedside manner. The place is spotless and top of the line. "Went to the ER with chest pain and fatigue and the staff at health alliance were very responsive and took good care of me. Put me in a private room with a TV and they ran all the cardiac tests which proved to be negative. I felt well taken care of for the 5 hours I spent there."
"This place is the worst in health care. My wife was stuck in the ER for two days. She was was unconscious for the first 24 hours. She peed herself. No nurses at all for 2 hours I waited and rumaged through all of the drawers in the ER looking for dry sheeting. Finally I ran into a house maid and she helped me change the sheets. You have to stay with the patient. Only one nurse and one doctor visited her in the first 48 hours there. It's basically an empty building. There are people working there but you'll never see them or get a straight answer about anything."
"Took my daughter here last night for a shoulder injury(dislocated/separated), we were the only people in the waiting room when we arrived and yet we sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours and ended up walking out and not being seen after being given a nasty attitude from the receptionist because I asked how much longer it would be before were seen. She never even made an effort to find out what the wait was!! How do you let a child suffer in pain and do nothing for them!! Shame on you HealthAlliance!!!!"
"I had a cardiac emergency in mid August 2023 and arrived by ambulance to the ER. I received excellent care from the ER doc and cardiac nurses. I do not think I would be here without their expert care. I spent two days in the hospital there and received excellent nursing care throughout. The doctors were kind and seemed very knowledgeable and competent and my only complaint is that the food is pretty terrible."
