"I have had chronic urinary track infections since i was in high school and have had multiple kidney stone attacks since I was 14 years old. I was referred to Dr. Burkhard after almost two months of non-stop UTIs. It was upsetting that Dr. Burkhard saw me once and after I explained my medical history, did not schedule to follow up. Flash forward 4 months, and I am pregnant. Yet again, I am having multiple UTIs to the point where I am putting myself and my baby at risk. I go to this office and see a care provider working under Dr. Burkhard. I complain of my UTIs and back pain. I was told to 'keep an eye on it.' That's it. Flash forward two weeks and I am in admitted to the hospital for four days with a kidney infection. Ridiculous. NOW someone is paying attention and giving me the time of day. I am FINALLY prescribed medication to take daily for UTIs. I am told to come to appointments monthly for an ultrasound and check-in with a care provider who was the rudest PA I have ever met. She told me she could not answer my questions regarding my kidney issues and my pregnancy. Why the hell was I even going to these appointments?! She was wasting both of our time. She didn't know anything and made me feel less than human. I am no longer a patient here and would not recommend going here unless you want to have a hospital stay and antagonizing pain first...then it might be worth going here. Also- side note. I called to make an appointment at 4:55 pm and once the clock struck 5:00 pm the receptionist hung up on me before confirming my appointment."

"I went to see Dr. John Grizwalt. It's been 3 weeks and no follow up on my bloodwork . I called myself and I talked to receptionist and she tells me my blood work came back normal. Which it's not. Its low end of spectrum and I show symptoms. A doctor who doesn't care about his patients great."

"I called today to request antibody testing. Receptionist for Dr Zhang was incredibly rude and dismissive. She belittled me, interrupted me, and essentially hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. Dr zhang always sends me to a specialist without seeing me in office. If I have a skin problem she sends me to urgent care. Joint complaints she sends me to excelsior. These are all Minor and could have been accessed in house by my primary and the specialists all agreed. Not happy with this office at all. Will change ASAP."

"I had an appointment scheduled for months. The day before the appointment, a man called me and asked if I could come in earlier. I said unfortunately not because I work... and this has been scheduled for months. He said ok. He called me back later in the same day and left a voicemail, asking me AGAIN to come in early (7:30 am instead of 2pm) and if I can't, then they need to reschedule... just unorganized and unprofessional. Waste of time."
