"This was my first visit with Dr.Rosser. He was great! However, my experience with the “nurse/ medical office assistant” that took me into the examination room was not pleasant. She had ZERO customer service skills and was rude, short and seemed annoyed!! NOT OK! Bre at the front desk/check in, is awesome!!!"

She listened to all my concerns and was genuinely caring, she completely turned my experience around. Now during my second pregnancy I've gotten the chance to see her and other doctors but again Taylor by far is the only one who gets to the bottom of how your actually doing. Also had the pleasure of meeting Katie Spillet the midwife and she's so amazing and caring!!! These two doctors completely changed my perspective on AWM."

"Had to have a follow up exam after no luck at the ER. Had scheduled an appointment for 8am as I have to work at 10. After sitting in the waiting room I was informed that my appointment is actually at 9 and that on Wednesday’s the doctor is not in until 9. I am in serious pain with no answers and now have to wait even longer. I will never be going back to that practice again. *After getting home I get a call informing me that I did in fact have an appointment at 8. Very unprofessional. I did however go back as I needed to, and the doctor was wonderful. I still won’t be returning. Time is something you can’t get back."
