"i missed appointments due to being in the hospital and and just being very sick they dropped me as a patient and i can’t be reinstated that’s no way to treat people."

"The doctors may be wonderful, but the staff is really poor. They do not communicate information correctly. I call to see if the office was accepting new patients and was told they were. Today they are not accepting new patients and are not communicating with the new patients they have discarded their referral. When I called today they could not give me any information on what they did with the referral. I had to ask 10 times to get an answer. Clearly the office staff lacks some training."

"First time there I seen a lady doctor, who was rude and horrible with no bedside manner. I asked to see the doctor that was recommended to me and he has been really great. He took the time and I FINALLY got an answer and diagnosis for the problems I have been having. I never have to wait more then 5-10 minutes in the waiting area and it's usually maybe 10 minutes in the room. He doesn't rush me out like they are herding cattle either! I'm having an issue right now with some paperwork I'm waiting for but other then that they have been good. As far as new patients waiting to get in to see a specialist....the wait is crazy no matter where you go!"

"Absolutely horrible! You spend more time in the waiting room and in the exam room longer then you do with the doctor who usually spends 3 minuets with you at most she looks at what the nurse puts in the computer and recent blood work changes your meds with no explanation and tells me she’ll see me back in 6 months if I could rate lower I would! Not to mention the awful bedside manner you can’t understand what they’re saying so the treat you like you’re stupid..."

"Not sure why there is no reviews on here, but I do not recommend going here at all!! TERRIBLE!!! If you try calling, you're on hold for literally (not even exaggerating) 20 mins minium before you even speak to a person. Then when you do they are very rude. Then when you go in for your appointment you are waiting atleast 40 mins in a FULL waiting room, past your appointment time, to even get in for your 5 min checkout. On top of that, when you call in for a prescription you're going to have to call repeatedly to remind them since they often forget to call it in. And don't even think you will be treated nicely by the women behind the desks, they're very rude! This is a very busy office so I dont know why there is no reviews or why anybody even goes here. Sadly I like my rheumotoligist but I wish they would just replace all the ones who clearly dont want a job."
