"I had a great experience with Drakos Urgent Care. Yes, I was there for a while, but still beats the wait of the ER!. The staff was very attentive,thorough, and compassionate. They just opened their practice about a week ago and there are some bumps to work on; so people need to have a little patience."

"I apparently had been fighting the flu for three days before I started to feel that I just couldn’t make it anymore. We could no longer go to the urgent care closest to us because they were no longer taking our insurance. Did the visit take a while? Yes, but this is completely understandable for a Saturday night and limited options. I would not have had a shorter visit in the ER! The nurse got me treatment while I was waiting to be seen. Everyone there was kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and comfortable. I very much appreciate having somewhere to go on a Saturday night to receive a diagnosis and treatment. I really am not sure if I would have made it to Monday morning to see my doctor."

"Wonderful experience with everyone. The nurse Lexi was so kind and professional. Patrick at the front was very friendly and reassuring. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very helpful and took time to exam my tonsils and throat. A great experience while not feeling well is often something that doesn’t happen. Grateful to have drakos as a local place to be seen after hours."

"I had an incredible experience at Drakos Urgent Care! I was seen promptly and everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely concerned about my care. The office was very clean and welcoming. They take excellus blue cross blue shield, which was great. They even followed up via telephone a few days later to make sure I was doing okay. I would recommend them to any and every one!"

"Went in for something that I had to leave work for at 8pm, no other urgent care open other then the ER in syracuse, so this place was my last hope for treatment of a very serious issue. Turns out they don't take basic medicaid or Medicare so they are private owned. If you have an emergency don't get your hopes up for this place being open till midnight unless you have private insurance"
