"My fourteen-year-old has heart problems, My eleven-year-old's unable to attend school until she gets A required shot.Uhcc Rescheduled my kids appointment Without my knowledge And any valid reasoning, they then deny any wrongdoing in the situation. Making you as a parent feel like your not on your job. I call to verify the appointments multiple times, only to find out that they dropped the ball and my kids must suffer the consequences. Currently looking for a new PCP for my kids. Feel free to leave and suggestions."

"Lets talk about the fact my daughter’s pediatrician that was recommended to her is a male, absolutely not. Then, every visit my daughter is always greeted by a different doctor, is this really acceptable during COVID? Sometimes she wont even get checked by her own pedi. Also, I spent my ENTIRE pregnancy going to appointments alone, curtesy of UHCC... I got stopped at the door, “only 1 parent for appointments now unless child is a month old or younger”...guess who had to attend her 3 WEEK OLD’s appointment ALONE? Me. While her dad waits in the parking lot. Too much miscommunication, this place is a joke, go elsewhere."
