"We have used Child Healthcare associates since moving to the area 5 years ago. We had a rough start with a couple rude clinicians but things have greatly improved. My boys both see Dr. Moshe Roberts and I can't praise his demeanor, kindness and listening ability, enough. My 14 year old is actually excited to see him because he treats him as a whole person, understanding his concerns and anxieties. He is very thorough and takes his time. I am very thankful to have Dr. Roberts as our pediatrician."

"We've been seeing providers here for years. We love a majority of them. I've only ever had 2 negative experiences and neither one was with a provider. Side note to clinical and support staff... ALWAYS READ THE ALERT on the chart BEFORE you call a patient back for vitals!"

"We saw Dr. Odin a week ago. Where do I begin? We were there because my daughter had hurt her back and we wanted to make sure she was okay. The doctor rudely walked in and just said, “Okay, what happened?” No “hello,” no “Hi, nice to meet you.” NOTHING! So rude! My daughter told her how she did a backflip off of a dock onto the sand and hurt her back and the doctor was like (in a very annoying, rushed, irritated and rude tone of voice, completely talking down to my child), “Okayyyyy....so did you fall the ground? Did you fall on your back? You need to explain more!” (WOW!) She asked my daughter to jump up and down and then she scolded her to jump higher and higher as if she was an idiot. She then asked her to walk towards her and then walk away from her. My daughter walked kind of slowly...not her natural walk (But what do you expect? We’re in a 8 x 8 closet of a room...not enough room to take normal walking strides) and she literally yelled at her and said, “Come on! Walk! That’s not how you walk!” Who does this lady think she is? And why is she a pediatrician? Why does she work with people at all??? All three of my daughters and myself were all so taken aback we couldn’t even believe what we were experiencing! To top it all off, she also scolded my five-year-old for trying to climb up on the table with my other daughter (like she was really hurting anything?!) The office staff (where you check out after your appointment is over) was also incredibly rude. I guess that’s just the natural environment there! We will NEVER go to Child Health Care Associates in Liverpool ever again! BTW, I have never written a negative review on anyone before...but this had to be done. Do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic and doctor like the plague. By the way, that was our second visit to that office, and our first experience was almost just as bad."

"My family is fairly new to this facility. Every visit has been a pleasurable experience for my children even sick visits. The teams at both locations have been wonderful to my children. They are very accommodating to last minute sick visits. They actually run on time! They are knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this team to any parent."
