"Cold, and unknowledgeable. As a Syracuse native, there have been a handful of times I or friends needed care here over the last 20 years. I support their mission wholeheartedly, however the reality of the experience here has been awful every time, years apart. I highly suggest you find another provider for these services."

"From the scheduling of my appointment to check in, triage, exam and checkout everyone was amazing. The staff, nurses and doctors were all and compassionate and non judgmental. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is calming. I went to this facility as there was no lengthy wait time to get in. It's sad the controversy and criticism Planned Parenthoods get due to the fact they perform abortions. What's sad is the ignorance of some people. Planned Parenthood offers so many other services that are vital to women's health of all ages. They also offer free things as well to women and children and I think that's pretty cool. I am over 50 and went in for a check-up and was treated with the upmost respect and compassion. None of the staff I saw rushed through anything and took the time to listen , document and address my concerns as an older woman. I can't speak for all Planned Parenthood's but as far as this one is concerned. I highly recommend this location. Thank you"

"The staff there is wonderful. They make sure you know what is going on and that you are completely comfortable with the process. Only thing I wish was different is I hate going through a answering service to get appointments change or questions answered. Wish I could contact directly."

"I do NOT leave reviews ever- but the service I received at this Planned Parenthood deserves it. I arrived with the typical protesters outside, leaving me with more anxiety than I came with. The second I stepped into this PP I felt immediate relief and comfort. Every single person along the way was incredibly kind and attentive. I touched base with about 8 (yes, 8!) staff throughout my appointment process (from front desk to nurses and doctors) and I always felt so safe and completely heard. Aside from the comfort the staff brought me, they are all very knowledgeable and I never felt like anything was done only half way. I traveled about an hour to visit this Planned Parenthood as opposed to one closer to me and it was so worth it to leave feeling more whole than when I arrived. I highly recommend this Planned Parenthood for ~any~ service you are seeking. I am so appreciative, -Kayla"

"The whole staff here was incredible! The desk attendants were so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I was nervous but the environment was comfortable and very welcoming which made me settle in and my nerves go down. The nurse that I had, Cece, was so sweet and is so good at her job. I hope I spelled her name right. They were very welcoming and made the uncomfortable topic and appointment natural and easy. Schedule an appointment over the phone its much easier than the website I found. (:"
