"Our daughter has had multiple back to back ear infections. We had an appointment here with Kim the NP in August of 2022. She said our daughter didn’t need tubes but to call the next time she gets an ear infection and they’d get her right in. She has so far had 4 more ear infections plus a double ear infection with pneumonia. I called the office multiple times, messaged on mychart (no response) and it finally took me an entire week to get a call back from her assistant who said there was no need to come in or be seen. On our initial visit and questionnaire, I had marked that our daughter heavily snores, has disrupted sleep, and has very enlarged tonsils even when not sick. She never bothered to check those items on our first visit. So now here we are, 8 months later, and her tonsils are gigantic. Our pediatrician and allergy doctor both said to push for an appt with the ENT to look at her tonsils. Takes 4-6 weeks to even get in here. When I asked if we could make this appt on the same day as another appt we had in Syracuse, they actually said oh, we only do ears on Thursdays so it would have to be Wednesday for the throat. I thought you do Ears, Nose AND Throat checks but ok. We finally head out this morning as we live an hour away, only to get a call at 9:10 that our 10am appt is canceled. I asked if we could be seen by another provider since we were already on the thruway, they said they’d call me back. 10 minutes go by and nothing. I called back. The woman says ok let me check. On hold for 15 minutes, then a different girl answers asking when we could re schedule, the next opening is in one month! I said well we were on hold to see if she could be seen by another provider today as we’re on the road. To which she replies, oh who told you that? There’s no other providers in today? Needless to say, we’re finding a new ENT. God forbid they actually did do a surgery and we needed to call them? They do not care. Judging by reviews I’ve seen elsewhere, this is their level of service and care."

"Absolutely the worst scheduling staff. The dr told me my daughter needed tubes as soon as possible at our initial consultation. I called weekly since July and kept being told they were working on scheduling but no one ever called back. I finally had to tell them my next step was to stand in their office with my screaming 3 year old that keeps getting horrible ear infections. Finally the were able to schedule that day. Apparently the staff working remotely never touched it since July even though every week they told me they were waiting on some authorization."

"How the day of your appointment you get a call saying something came up I'm so sick of ppl taking me for granted as if my problem is not important I'm livid right now never again and I do mean never."
