"Why is it that this facility cannot accurately schedule appointments? People who are coming to this center have enough worries. I was mailed an appointment card, I put it in my calendar. I showed up on time. Then they cannot find me in system. This was to be a follow up for MRI. A woman named Mckenzie came out and admitted she had scheduled me for the 27th, but mailed me a reminder with the 26th on it. I was told to come back the next day. Then I get a call asking me to come in that afternoon. Then it turns out, there are no results . The cyber attack is blamed. So I call radiology once a week, until finally someone gets to my results. I call the center to tell them I'd like to come in to finally get my results. I am given an appointment date and time. Finally, some answers and a plan. The day of the appointment I get a call saying this doctor never sees patients on this day we need need to reschedule you. This is plain carelessness. You are dealing with people who are dealing with the scariest health issues. Why are you causing unneeded stress? My confidence in care I may recieve is dwindling. Scheduling appointments is the easy part, especially with technology.what else is being confused and miscommuncated? This could be life and death."

"This Cancer Center is a fantastic institution. Dr Alka Srivastava is extremely knowledgable and experienced, dr Boyce is a highly trained radiologist who is excellent also in communicating. The nurses are friendly and compassionate, know their stuff, are efficient at what they are doing. Even the receptionist is a gem of a soul, making everyone feel good. I have received cancer care in a lot of different places. Never would have expected that wuality of care in downtrodden Ogdensburg. Totally recommendable"

"Its sleeting out today, just above freezing, and my brother in law is scheduled for surgry. My three little ones and i bundle up and walk the half mile, getting our fill of slip and falls only to be greeted today around 11:45 at tje Richard E. Winter Cancer Treatment Center, by the door man, who offered no greeting. The entire walk there we discovered its better to walk next to the sidewalk then on it...better traction. After checking in on unkle mike we leave. The door man in the yellow coat declined to say anything to is as we left, up until my oldest son steped off the sidewalk on the snow and ice.He exclaimed GET HIM OFF THERE! thinkin it was his concern for him slipping...he Yells out GET OFF THERE THERES PLANTS UNDER THERE.Now if his is such a big deal, we sugfest putting up some fence and caution markers so the little boy can read it...i mean seriously man take a chill pill and do some anger management classes. you flat out rude."

"Dr Alston and staff are the best. Everybody at the center is pleasant and knowledgeable. Getting another round of chemo soon and have to say thanks to everybody. Hard to believe that there aren't more reviews about the best treatment centerin the north country. Pete"
