"Worse clinical facility !!! I waited over 1hour and 30 min, then they said the doctor was late!! The doctor has the audacity to call me from her phone at 7pm!! Not even an apology or nothing"

"If i could give this place zero stars I would. I went to this doctor’s office because I was having a really bad eye reaction and needed it to be checked. However this office did not take precautions for COVID serious enough. There were 8 patients, and 11 people in total when including family of patients. They allowed patients to walk into the office with no mask. Some patients have mask but are wearing them at their chin. The seats are directly next to each other, chairs touching each other. There is no social distancing occurring. And the staff is behind a plastic all not wearing masks. Doctors/nurses walking around the office with no mask. One hour after I’ve been waiting in the office a female doctor comes to all the patients, mind you not even wearing a mask, and says that we have to wait outside because it’s dangerous to have this many people inside, which I agree with. But it’s so hypocritical because she’s not even wearing a mask and she’s a doctor... I booked my appointment through zocdoc with a different doctor and got someone else. They called me and asked me if I could come in earlier. I came in 30 minutes earlier and ended up waiting an hour to be seen. The male doctor came to the waiting room and called me and was already wearing gloves, he touched the door with those gloves, his pen with those gloves, equipment with those gloves and then proceeded to touch my face (around my eyes). The equipment also was not sanitized in front of me so I don’t even know if it was clean before I put my face and eye all over it. Then he went and saw the next patient and those gloves were still on his hand. I have many family members in healthcare who work in hospitals treating covid patients. And I have had family members impacted by this virus. Seeing the way a medical office did not treat this pandemic seriously was disheartening. I would not have come here if I had known they’re not taking necessary precautions."

"If I could, I would give this office six or seven stars. Why ? Let me say that I had absolutely zero medical services whatsoever - anywhere - for a 4 1/2 year hiatus from being a return patient here. Decided to make a current appointment to see if things are in order. Personally things are better than OK. The professional staff here need to be given real laudations and appreciations. Dr. Rabinovich is gift to the community, specifically, and humanity, generally: Allocates unhurried time for each patients' needs, is most approachable, is unquestionably brilliant, a most outstanding D.O., and follows up exquisitely well. Because of this, it's clear that thoroughness and top professionalism is her mission. Imagine an office where a vast proportion of specialty services are under one roof, with no traveling ! This is it. Had they survived, my parents - long gone - would have been overjoyed about this easy arrangement. From the delicacy of the person who takes blood pressure and draws blood, to the techs who do the ultrasounds or sonograms, the specialist MDs who will see you, based from referrals, to the optometrist and the fine person who fits you with glasses, 'Better Health Medical' may be your best alternative. Many MDs are Board Certified; Many to most postgraduated with honors. You have no reason to wait. Here's why: The minute you walk in, the reception staff are real attentive and very responsive. Those who complain about adherence to appointment time must take an understanding that some health concerns have much higher priority or emergency than others. In a difficult, often irrational behaving clientele group such as here, please treat the reception - and all professional staff - with utmost respect. Remember this: The staff effectively deliver the most meaningful results by saving lives or improving lives each day. Treat them right."

"I've been going here for the past two years and I can honestly say that the service here is great. I don't wait long to be called to the doctor, and the ladies at the front desk are very kind. they also have a pediatrician downstairs, which is where I take my brother. The office is top-notch"

"If it was possible to give negative stars I would! This is by far the worst medical facility I have ever been to in my life! Take the reviews on this serious! Better Health is an awful place to go even if you are in desperate need of a doctor. Please do not even waste your time because your time will certainly be wasted. Highly unprofessional, rude, and useless staff. I will be happy the day this place closes."
