"Absolutely ridiculous to charge your customers a convenience fee because the insurance company doesn’t pay them as much as they would like. I don’t think any other drs office in WNY does this to their patients."
"They will not pickup calls or return voice mails. I had a serious inquiry and called over 10 times and left voice mails half of those, never once spoke to a person. I will be looking for a new provider."
"I've been under the care of Dr. Landi and his associates for over 3 years for a car accident. He knew I didn't want surgery and worked with me on conservative methods until they were all exhausted. I recently had the necessary surgery and the compassion shown from everyone on staff has been exemplary. I highly recommend this practice to people."
"They only care about getting you into the office and many times as possible so they can bill your insurance and you. They would cancel 40-45% of my appointments And never call me to reschedule. Once I would call them, they would make it in a in a couple of months. I’ve wanted to switch from these idiots before Covid-19 Better late than never. AVOID these clowns at all costs These Drs don’t deserve to have a medical license. Everything is about making them money"
"Normally I wouldn't post a review, but after the experience I've had, something has to be said. To make a long story short, once I aged out of my mother's insurance and procured my own, it took the office 6 months to realize I had a new insurance provider, and decided to cut off my script I'd been on for the past 4 years. I've called and explained this, to which Dr. Lichter's secretary Andrea did not listen, tried pinning the blame on my primary doctor (who I've never had a bad time with), and kept talking over me. She then said she'd call me back, but I've yet to receive a call. I have never been treated so poorly by a Doctor's office before. They genuinely do not care that I've been experiencing withdrawal from stopping my medication cold turkey and when I find a way to escalate this complaint, I plan to."
