"Sent by VA. First appt. last year = they only did a quick refraction test. Waited another year = then they only did a fundoscopic exam. I asked at that time for a copy of my prescription from before which they refused to give me. Stated I need to make yet another appointment to repeat the refraction test - meaning yet more time going by. I wanted to get a new pair of glasses but they refused to honor the prescription saying a year had gone by - yet they refused to provide a copy of the scrip previously when asked. They do quicky appointments so that you have to keep coming back over a period of months rather than a comprehensive exam. You're in ------> you're out and they can as noted by others stack them up. Suffice to say I'll never go back."

"Only make an appointment at Costello Eye in Watertown if you are willing to wait in an over crowded waiting room ALL day. My appointment was first thing in the morning and 3 hours later I left because I had not been seen yet. There were many others who had been there as long and waiting patients were over flowing into the outside hall. They are not busy because they are good. They are busy because they over book."
