"The wait was not bad for me. Maybe about 20 minutes. Most appointments are never on time. I'm used to this. Dr. Seedham is wonderful, kind, professional, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. Sorry about our bickering. We've been married for 16 years. We forget that we do that sometimes. I would have given 5 stars, however the receptionist with red short hair was very rude, disrespectful, and condescending. She spoke to me as if I was dumb. The looks on her face was very rude and mean. Her tone of voice was horrible. I'm really not sure why she is a receptionist? She needs to keep her comments to herself. She does not know my story and does not know the difficult journey I have been on and still going through."

"Honestly before today I probably would have kept this at a 4 star review but I have to now go with a 1 star because that's the least you can give. I had 2 appointments 1 for a nurse and 1 for the doctor. The 1st was at 10am and 2nd at 1015am. I got there at 959am no paperwork needed to be filed so that worked out. At 1018am I went to the desk to see how far behind they were because I had my toddlers with me they told me that they merged my appointments and that I would be called shortly (no one informed me of this change and they even said someone should have and that it was on them). At 1025am I was finally called back. Saw the nurse and then by 11am still hadn't seen the doctor so with my next doctors appointment somewhere else at 1pm and my son needing a nap (which is why I scheduled my appointment time for 10am) I had to leave. The upstairs staff imho didn't care. I went downstairs and logged a complaint. Hopefully something comes out of this because you shouldn't have to wait 1 hour to see a provider to get tests results and follow up."
"This is definitely the nicest location. The staff is very nice and getting in and out of my appointment was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend it."
