"I have been seen at four different practices over the last twenty years. None can compare to Upstate (except negatively). I was usually one of 3 to 4 patients being seen by the same therapist at the same time. At two different practices I was doing assigned exercises during my appointment for weeks before someone noticed that I was doing them incorrectly. At Upstate Physical Therapy, I have one therapist, whom I can usually see for each visit during which I am the only patient, receiving 100% of the attention, instruction, and gentle correction if I’m doing an exercise incorrectly (which is frequent since I have no sense of my body in space.)Thank God i do not have to dance to save my life; I’d be dead. If I have to make some appointments with a different therapist, the transition is pretty seamless because of the quality of the notes of each therapist. Finally, I always feel listened to here. What more could anyone ask for?"
"Very nice. Nice people. Helpful security."
"One big scam after another. Ordered the bands and after a month of constantly calling, emailing and pleading, I got the bands. And they were missing the handles. I was told they were on back order and should be in any day. That was beginning of April. It is now end of August. After this week's "weekly reminders to call them", I was just told they don't make them any more. Unbelievable. Funny thing is, I was trying to buy two sets of bands for my brothers. Google workout bands and you'll find many better options. One thing I will say though, dealing with them is the best mental workout I've had in years. I'm exhausted from it."
"State-of-the-art facility"
