"Michael Healey is an excellent superintendent with a well deserved reputation among parents, teachers, and students. I had a rather serious concern regarding services being provided to my child and reached out to him directly. He responded promptly, thanking me for bringing the matter of attention, and gave me a reasonable timeline for expectations regarding future correspondance. While the eventual result of my efforts was undesireable, Mr Healey's productive approach and positive attitude made the situation significantly easier to handle. He took constructive criticism of current practices gracefully, and displayed a genuine desire to improve the systems in place within his capabilities. If every school in this country had the opportunity to employ a superintendent of Mr Healey's caliber, the entire educational system would benefit greatly."
