"THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER. BEWARE. I have been calling to get my grandfather's prescriptions refilled for 3 WEEKS AT THIS POINT. Every time I call and explain how urgent it is the reception says there's nothing she can do but send a message to the doctor which has apparently been done multiple times with no response. Something else that occurred here was that they gave my grandfather someone else's paperwork. He did not realize the name and info was incorrect and was asking me to call the pharmacy to fill prescriptions that were not even needed for him due to the incompetence of the staff there. 3rd incident - My grandfather was traveling to El Salvador and I was calling Dr Famulare to give him a covid booster. I explained this SEVERAL times and the staff and Dr. Famulare were telling me I can get a Covid test at any urgent care. I needed A BOOSTER, NOT A TEST - I said this SEVERAL times and was NOT accommodated for. Completely done with this absolute trash and joke of a place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Honestly better off at a walk in."

The secretaries and the laboratory workers are also very friendly, even the security man is very attentive. And the Dentistry staff are also very professional and friendly and have taken very good care of my teeth."
