"Stopped in to find a new PRS. I asked to play the CE24 (a mid-tier guitar for PRS comparatively) and the employee responded "Actually?? We only get those down for guys that are serious about this stuff" he has never heard me play, and had no idea who I am. Terrible salesman, terrible customer service. I will never do business with or recommend northfield music."
