"We never got to the point where we can even schedule a driving lesson even though we called twice. The lady who was answering the phone somehow did not liked our voice (accent) and rather then scheduling any appointment keeps on giving us unnecessary advice (like you have to take your child to drive in city of Troy, Cohoes, Albany etc, even though none of that was required by DMV), and at the end suggested us to call a different school. We were trying to give them our business but they were willing not to take it. I am surprised by the customer service."
"Horrible. At first when I started it was great. But then said I am going to have surgery. Wait- there’s more, ironically my best friend was learning how to drive as well and had no problem with the instructor and did not say surgery. Overall just a plea to avoid me."
