"I've been working with Heather for almost a year now. My intent was to just work with a trainer for a few months, but then I saw the changes in my body and how much stronger I was becoming. I couldn't quit now! Heather is great at coming up with different exercises each week and while she's always kind and encouraging she makes sure you do every single push up or squat. :) I have found all of the trainers who work with wellBEING to be knowledgeable and professional. I also appreciate that the studio is small enough so that clients get personalized attention and don't feel "lost in the crowd", but is also big enough to provide a nice variety of group classes including boot camp, zumba, yoga, pilates and more. The cost for personal training and group classes is definitely competitive with other facilities in the area. Additionally, I am a big believer in giving back to the community and like to support business that do so. wellBEING routinely offers class sessions for the cost of a donation to a particular organization or cause. For example, the victims of Hurricane Sandy, Toys for Tots or Alternatives for Battered Women."
