"Worst service. Ask any staff member a question and nobody knows anything!! I signed my son up for swim lessons and it’s dreadful. Pool is freezing cold, instructors are teenagers with no care in the world. I voiced my concerns to a “coordinator” and she said I need to Let them do what they have been doing for 70 years and maybe it’s better if I not watch my son while he’s there in his class. Today as I was filming MY child in the pool a rude lifeguard approached me with zero respect demanding I stop taking photos of him because of insurance reasons ? Terrible!!! Sign your kids up elsewhere for lessons , nobody cares here"

"I wish there were better options for gyms in Staten Island. It could be a great place, but the staff could use some customer service training. It is very pricey for what you get. The outdoor pool is ok, but always crowded and no place for little ones to play. The website is not easy to navigate. Their yoga equipment is always disorganized and in bad shape. The cafe is great with amazing prices and a wide variety."
