"My son has been in the daycare for almost 7 months.. so far we are happy, we started with Ms Alex and Ms Lindsay( our favorite:) and now we have ms Maria( just started a week ago). Son always go there without crying, adaption went amazing. Also, Courtney in the office is very helpful. We are happy with our choice♥️"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! All they care about is having an easy day and collecting a paycheck. I know my child is rambunctious and acts out and you would think teachers having done this for so many years would know how to handle a child like this, choosing to deal with 3 year olds you will get all kinds. Instead what I was told was I should cut my daughters day to half days or that 5 days was too much, and mind you they said this on the very first full day and again on the 2nd day of school, absolutely no time to give it a try and for her to adjust. Didn't even bother to give me the time of day when I asked for suggestions the response I received was I cant I have 15 kids...WHAT???? I was dismissed any time I tried to explain something or ask questions the teacher just couldn't be bothered with me or my child. I don't like the way I was treated and I don't know how she is treated all day long. Anyone who ever asks me about this place I will simply tell them DONT LOOK FOR ANOTHER SCHOOL! I can't believe the horrible mistake I made enrolling her here. Shame on all of them b c apparently I am not the first parent to complain about these things. Shame on them for treating parents and children this way!!"

"One of the best classes for 3k in Staten Island. My daughters and nieces all attended Mrs. Santoro’s 3K class and currently my youngest daughter is in her class. She is a great teacher, she has a beautiful heart and she loves all the kids equally and very professional with the parents. When my daughter started school in September, exactly her first 3 weeks of school, that was her first time leaving me and she used to cry everyday. She was afraid of everyone. Mrs. Santoro was so patient with her, she gave her all the love and treated her like her own daughter. My daughter didn’t trust anyone in the school except Mrs. Santoro. She didn’t go out for her lunch just to be in the classroom with my daughter. My daughter used to sit with her and watch her eat. In the beginning of the year my daughter refused to eat or use the bathroom in the school, but finally Mrs. Santoro found the way and now my daughter eats all her lunch and uses the bathroom comfortably everyday. From my experience Mrs. Santoro is an amazing teacher with a beautiful heart. My daughter is 3 years old right now and she knows how to read and write all her letters and numbers . She also knows how to write her first and last name and her coloring is beautiful. My family and I love Big Birds and appreciate all the work the staff and Mrs. Santoro provided for our children."

"My daughter is attending to this facility for over a year. She is now on pre-k3 with Mrs. Santoro and Ms. Gigi they have always be respectful and helpful with us. And they are always nice and sweet. My daughter loves them, that on weekends she even grab her bag and says that she is going to Ms. Gigi and the teacher. On top of that I have to said that based on previous experiences with my others kids they are very well prepare to guide our kids for the next step. I have no complain on them or the rest of the staff."

"My son was enrolled in the Pre K class with Ms Santarao. My son was there for 3 weeks and it was a total disaster. There was no support or effort from anyone in the classroom. Ms Santaro is very lazy in her position. She had no patience, and she gives off an uneasy impression. Weird Individual. They made no effort in building trust with my son as far as bathroom time. Even though I provided pull ups for my son; on a few occasions my son left Big Birds with a soggy pull up. His urine went through his pants. Linda… the Director. Some lady with the smokers voice; very disrespectful, loud and obnoxious. My son would cry and beg not to go. I wish I listened the first time. If you really care about your child; Do not bring your child to Big Birds. I wouldn’t send my Dog big birds. When I came back to get my son’s personal belongings they didn’t return his hand sanitizer, wipes, disinfectant wipes. They had asked for donations on hand sanitizer, wipes, disinfectant wipes in the past. They will use your child’s personal belongings on other kids. Stay away."
