"I had a great experience with this academy. Instructor Mike Finneran is very knowledgeable. He was extremely accommodating and helpful when students needed make up classes when many had gotten covid. I highly recommend this academy. I hope they start a paramedic program eventually."
"Class was very disorganized. Instructor told stories instead of teaching. Didn't cover several important topics. Students were allowed to pass the NYS skills exam without performing the skills properly. They do have a small handful of good lab instructors, but overall the academy is a mess. Would not recommend and honestly the place should be investigated for how they cut corners and allow cheating. EMTs deserve better training."
"Cross this one off your list and take your business elsewhere. Requested information about their course and received a rude email from their asst chief instructor telling me to "have a go" at finding all the information on their website. Guess all the crappy rumors about this place were true."
