"I made an appointment at 9 am, I have a job to. This office policy is if you're 15 mins late they make you reschedule. We'll I waited until 9:17 and I was the first patient. Dr will be here in 5 mins. Sorry a dr being 20 mins late is unprofessional. The lady that answered the phone when I called to get a copy of my medical records never told me her name. So if called her a lady then she told me my name is Sandy when the phone was answered. I manage a dental office and have a degree in medical office management and she questioned my qualifications as to why feel it's unprofessional for a dr to show up that late. If I didn't ask how long is the wait they never would've told me. This is why I will go elsewhere. If you want to waste your time go to this office."

"I brought my mother to a follow-up visit with Dr. Husain this morning. I never saw a doctor as nonverbal and that lacked any care and concern whatsoever as this Doctor. Needless to say we are now at my mother's primary doctor requesting a referral for a kidney specialist that does more than bill insurance companies for a consumer sitting well over 20 mins watching a doctor read over her notes and have absolutely nothing informative to say, except to come back in 2 months. NO WAY."
