"This school is mostly about religion, even in math. A lot in math in fact. Here are some examples; The math teacher keeps talking about religious figures who are trying to be “canonized”. She also talks about her planting seeds and her plants."
"Very disappointed, the fourth grade Social Studies teacher needs to be re-educated in how to deal with kids, she goes from zero to one hundred in seconds and seems to enjoy the fact that the kids are terrified of her, she changes her mood so drastically that I fear she may be bipolar. My husband spoke with the Principal but what a waste of time!! The fifth grade Math teacher is more concern with religion than with Math, this would not be so much of a problem if it wasn’t for the fact that she spreads hate to the children, teaches them to “tell on each other” and wants the kids to believe that they are helping their classmate by telling BUT the kids that tell get bullied, are left out and no longer invited for any social occasion, what kind of adult puts kids against each other AND by the way the kids that do not want to tell GET PUNISHED!!!"
"The students in this school are well mannered and definitely kids you want your child to be friends with. As for the faculty, you have few good teachers and most that should really give up on this profession or be re-educated. The school is trying to ketch up with the technical world and give the kids a compatible edge but they are failing because the teachers are not learning fast enough to ketch up with the kids. I understand that this is a religious school, but a math teacher should be more concerned in helping students understand math than plant seeds of hatred in their hearts about other religions by making hurtful and hateful and most importantly untrue statements. I was disappointed when my kid came home and asked me why other religions especially Muslims hate and don’t believe in Jesus Christ. This is not I want my kid to learn especially because it’s false. Also, if you decide to risk it and enroll your kid in the school here are few tips: get an outside tutor for math and science. As some parents mentioned before their math program is below standard and the STEM program is close to non-existing. If your kid does fall behind be prepared to pay for summer school but don’t be surprised when they tell you that the summer school payment is due only in cash. My family decided that we will not support another academic year for my kid in this school."
"In this school the kids can not ask questions to the Math teacher or tell her that they didn't understand something because the teacher gets angry and yells at them?? Not all kids learn fast, some need a little more help but if the teacher instead of helping yells at the kids they are not going to ask questions then in return they go home to either fall behind even more or give the parents the job of teaching them. Making the principal aware is just a waste of time."
"AWFUL!! Bad academics, the teachers are more concern in yelling at the kids as if it was a military academy than in teaching. They claim there is a STEM program, there is NO!! it is all a lie. If your kid is the teacher's pet he/she will be ok but if not the kids are degraded and humilliated. The Pet's pictures will be plastered all over but if another kids wins something there will be no mention. RUN take your money where your kids can actually learn real academics."
