"Daughter was taking swimming lessons here that was paid for in advance. With no warning they were all canceled indefinitely, never heard back from them. Never got a refund and left voicemails with no contact back."

"Going here primarily for the gym but unfortunately all the other amenities are closed and they never seem to do any renovations whatsoever despite the amount of money I would imagine they generate from the kids programs. If amenities were available, this would be a certified 5 star. Giving it 3 because the fitness center has everything you could need except it’s old. Everything works tho. The gym is literally always empty and this isn’t even an exaggeration. There’s sometimes 2-3 other people working out so you never wait for anything."

"My kid has attended the swim & dance classes here for over a year. The staff have been great thus far. Always professional & respectful. The dance instructors are patient & make the classes fun and exciting. The swim instructors are energetic, encouraging and very engaging with the kids. The new director is impressive. You can see he has a genuine interest in making things better. He has presented new ideas that I believe will help improve the program. On the flip side I can see the facility has seen better days. The building could use a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint as a quick fix. However I do hope in the near future they either renovate the building and or fix the much needed repairs and update the antiquated paper system."

"My family loves the Bronx House. They have a new swimming director who is wonderful with the kids. All the teachers we have had have been great here. The performing arts program is top notch. My kids have taken many dance and music classes and all have been excellent teachers. My husband and I recently started taking private music classes as well. The Bronx House is the best!"
