"had a horrible time as a student here. when they don’t like you they will sabotage your educational career. The dean, Ms. Itzkovitch and other staff members made it their mission to create trouble for students they disliked."
"Teachers support Israel and treat muslim students differently and neglect any type of expression of justice to be served. The expression of religious wear for any religion other than Christianity is looked down upon. Please be aware of the schooling system and the degrading treatment to students from the very own teachers before letting your child come to this school."
"Worst school ever don’t come here at all, I’m only a freshman and I already want to transfer I can’t stand this school anymore, lunch is horrible food is dry, we aren’t allowed to wear hoodies which is very annoying and every time I walk in this school it makes me want to cry honestly everyday I wish this school would burn down. WORST SCHOOL EVER."
"Honestly, this school sucks. I’m just a freshman and I already want to transfer. Every time I have to step inside this building makes me want to cry. We aren’t allowed to wear hoodies even though it seems they put the air conditioner on full blast. They don’t even serve hot lunch, either you get cold lunch in a bag in 2nd and 3rd period or you have to go up to another school to get hot lunch. It’s so overcrowded here, everybody is pushing and scrambling to get to classes IN ONE MINUTE. 8th graders, if you put this down on your highschool application list, remove it immediately."
"I recently graduated Academy of Finance and I can easily say that my time there has been extremely influential on the person I have become today. The administration isnt the best and at times the hour long trip to LIC from Lynbrook wasn't always my favorite thing to do, however, the community is amazing. The school has a sense of togetherness that no other community has. The teachers and students alike make the building more than just a school. Tons of business courses and opportunities. GO HERE!"
