"The address is wrong I was on the phone for over an hour just on hold driving around trying to figure out where it is and it’s not 210 East Main Street or 643 Route 211 east Middletown it’s scotchtown! I have an 11 year old autistic son and waited for two hours! However the gentleman doctor was an absolute sweetheart and he was very apologetic."

"My initial review of this place was a one star very negative review due to the fact that you can't get in contact with them via phone or voice-mail. However, upon arriving today 7/24/2017 for my drug screening, I was greeted by courteous and professional individuals who were prompt and delivered great service to others in attendance. Courtnee was in charge of my drug screening process and it went smoothly, I had about a twenty minute wait time, and I was soon out the door. I'm sorry that so many have had terrible experiences but I can only speak for myself and I received good service despite what I had been initially expecting."

"If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The staff is incredibly rude, i was sitting for an hr for a drug test and asked when I would be able to get it done because I had to go to work but was told that I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes but meanwhile they are all sitting and talking.."
