Reviews
"After the previous review I just have to say something about my experience at this school. I attended here from 1981-1983 when I was in the fifth and sixth grades. My teacher in the fifth grade was Mrs. Jackson (my best teacher ever!) and for the sixth grade Ms. Dodd and Ms. Daly. My music teacher was Mr. Chase. The principal was Mr. Hines I believe. I also want to give a shout out to wonderful Ms. Babb, who was the teacher's aide in my fifth grade class and was just 19 at the time(yes she told us kids her age!). I have such happy memories from this school! I made great friends and there was no bullying or cliques in my class. This is one school where I felt accepted for who I was. I got spanked once by Mrs. Jackson for talking but I deserved it because she laid down the rules at the beginning of the year so I had no excuse. We went on great trips( ex.Hershey Park), went to the BAM on occasion and even to the old YWCA on Atlantic Avenue for gym where we got to use the pool. I am so privileged to have gone to this school and I look back to those years as the greatest years of my childhood. But that's just my experience."
"Use to go here, they use to beat kids with rulers and bullying go on as form of growing up. Once my parents saw (mark from ruler) . I was taken out of the school. And before anyone say I didn't go here. Ms. French was my 1st teacher, Ms. Barker was my second they both taught in 90's. So no I don't recommend this school to ANYONE"
