"I have had the pleasure of working in PS 6 for 2 summers in a row. I am a NYC DOE teacher for 16 years and I participated in the city's STEM program in PS 6.The reason I am writing this review is tell everyone how hard the staff here works. Mrs. Porter the principal is pleasant and tries to help her students and staff in anyway. She has vision and wants to make her school an environment in which children learn and feel safe. The custodial staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to help the students and teachers. The faculty and staff of who I meet and spent 2 summers with are truly dedicated to their students. I enjoyed spending the past two summers in PS 6. Thank you so much for the experience!"
"BEST SCHOOL EVER!!!!!!!! They teach you high grade level work. Nice, funny, but serious teachers. Uniform but if your a good student they allow you to come with casual clothes. Good, clean, colorful building. The yard is fun there is alot of activitys to do while there. Also alot of clubs there is not alot of space to write them all, but alot. I myself Got into one of the best middle schools in the district. If you go to this school you will have fun, find true friends, learn many many things, and have a awesome experience."
