"no matter what anyone said before i think that this school is a good school great teachers and staff the teachers really what to help you succeed and go to high school and theres no to little bullying in the school. I should know because im currently in the 7th grade of that school and all my teachers have a good relationship with most of the students and they all want to see all there students succeed and also if you have problem you could bring the issue to the dean and he would solve it right away. they also have a great basket ball team."
"I am a student attending this school currently, I started going to this school in kindergarten and I'm currently in the 8th grade. I've had my own difficulties in this school. the amount of friends that I have made in this school is unbelievable, I am well known with the teachers as well. you cannot just judge the school from being there a few days. Its not hard making the perfect school. It takes time. I have friends that compete on whos smarter. also hey nishat I saw your name"
"My grand children were transferred to P.S.20 earlier this month,my daughter, And I had a great experience, the whole staff, including the principal all were very helpful in the transition.I applaud the team for their collective efforts, and expedition. We give five stars. Continue doing great,... It's a pleasure to have you in our community. God bless!"
"Worst school! If you are lucky enough to get one of the good teachers you will be unlucky enough to deal with the administrative and office staff who act like the parents are their worst enemies. They are rude, unhelpful and weirdly secretive with any information you ask of them. I wanted a printout of my daughter's school teachers and report card from last year and they refused to give it to me! That's freedom of information! Its crazy! When your child gets hurt or in an incident with another student you will not get a call or notification! My son hit his head in gym and all they did was give him an icepack. Not even did they call me. My son could have had a concussion! The assistant principal is a tyrant and acts like she is the president of the United States. Encountering this woman is horrible. Even worst is that the principal is never around to be spoken with so Mrs. Cuevas is the only person to deal with, if she even calls you back. I requested parent-teacher conferences and the teachers were never notified. It took me to get the teachers personal numbers in order to have a parent-teacher conference even after the assistant principal had promised two months earlier to take care of it. Do not enroll your children here. They are cheap, the office is still on a 1980's computer system. No one helps you at all. The front office cant even look up what class your child is in at different times because they are too lazy to look it up. Everyone has an attitude and you can forget about the guidance department, what a joke. The worst school!!!!"
"Horrible, horrible, horrible! The teachers aren't fit to teach; the curriculum is almost impossible for students to follow. These teachers just want to get paid, to let the parents do all the work; Teachers attitudes are so poor----they really don't care. This school is overcrowded, and the teachers will blame it on exactly that, for not making a real effort to teach. If I could give this school a rating of zero, I would. Oh, and you shouldn't expect to receive books- they will send print out sheets home for your child's assignments. Buy your own materials, if you want your child to learn. And I hope you have a computer at home, because you best believe, you will have to research all the assignments they send home for YOU to teach your child. Where's are my tax dollars really being spent? The children don't need to be assessed, it's the teachers. Bring back old school teachers any day, at least our future generation of children would have a chance in life. This school should just shut down....Unbelievable!!"
