Their staff is also very friendly and helpful when I have called or gone in to the store. Most recently, my daughter signed up for percussion in school. The staff at Paul Effman advised me that they also have gently used bell kits that we can purchase for nearly the same price as renting for the year-so we now own a Bell Kit!
