"Videos are non-engaging, lack depth, and I have noted several incorrect measures (primarily pertaining to bedside manner). Waste of money, and the customer service representative provided false information to me twice regarding the whereabouts and origin of the company. Will be reporting to BBB, and I have also discovered multiple instances of the 'company' acting as real reviewers or people, while it can clearly be seen as the same person. Entirely fraudulent, immoral, and the information provided is not acceptable. I will also be ensuring that my financial statements cancel this membership as directed, as I do not trust this company with my personal financial information."
