"Sat Nam Yoga is an absolutely life transforming yoga studio and retreat. I had the good fortune of discovering it over a decade ago and it has helped me tremendously. My body and mind have benefited tremendously from the yoga classes, but I also benefited from the lifestyle changes I learned along the way. From making simple, nutritious meals, to my meditation practice and simple exercises at home, I lead a healthy life because of what I've learned at Sat Nam."

"Pure bliss!! Thank you Gitanjali for an amazing getaway from the city. Great to know there is a paradise so close. I was visiting a nearby ashram with my girlfriend and we were looking for more cushy accommodations that were also pet friendly. Found Sat Nam online and took a chance that paid off big time. Wasn't expecting to do any yoga outside of visits to ashram, but ended up taking Kundalini with Gitanjali (who is more then accommodating and all around lovely) that was the highlight of our trip. She also has a float tank/sensory deprivation tank that is incredible and the perfect way to rejuvenate in mind/body/spirit. Breakfasts were all locally sourced and delicious.
